GIO Orquestra

GIO Música is a versatile symphony orchestra that offers quality music open to all styles. The orchestra is located in Girona and works in collaboration with prestigious national and international soloists for their concerts.

GIO is a solid, forward-looking project, born from the private initiative of brothers Marcel Sabaté (musical director) and Jaume Sabaté (general director), with extensive institutional and private support. After seven years of growth and continuous progression, GIO faces the future with the goal to establish themselves as one of our country’s prestigious orchestras.

Fundació Fluidra’s local and territorial involvement has led them to finance this orchestra, a reference to the City of Girona.
